With the focus on investment combined with Avion’s experience in building property portfolios for overseas based investors we are suitably qualified to act for you. Having full consultation with you at all times we will conduct a thorough search of suitable suburbs having regard for demographics, growth history, rental potential, transport and services. On deciding on a property we will make all the necessary title, contract and Owners Corporation searches before negotiating or bidding at auction a competitive buying price.
Following the purchase we will oversee the settlement process as required and take care of your property through our “Five Star Property Management” department.
We are pleased to offer our Buyer Advocacy fee as follows:-

On a Purchase Price of up to $400,000 the fee for service is 1.5% of the purchase price

On a Purchase Price of up to $400,000 to $700,000 the fee for service is 1.25% of the purchase price

On a Purchase Price above $700,000 the fee for service is 1.00% of the purchase price
This is inclusive of all the services detailed above and the attendance of up to three auctions.
Additional auction attendances are charged at $250 per auction attendance.
