We provide easy access for potential tenants to inspect your property with our full time letting officer, carrying out inspections up to 6pm and all day Saturday. This means we are more likely to receive more applications than any other agent. The more you have to choose from, the more selective we can be about rent and our tenancies.
For ease and convenience, Avion’s Management system allows your tenant many ways to pay rent directly into our account. They may have their rent deducted from their account directly into our trust account or they may choose to pay by B-Pay, on the Internet or at their local post office or bank. With so many options available to tenants paying the rent is easy. This means we can therefore process your rental payments to your account much quicker and more efficiently. If you prefer a cheque then that option is also available.
