It provides for a final inspection that ensures all parties receive fair treatment, notwithstanding the excellent care required for your property. We provide easy access for potential tenants to inspect your property and offer prospective tenants the facility to book their own inspection at a time suitable to them, we also carry out advertised open for inspections during the week and on Saturday’s. You will also be emailed an open for inspection report after inspections have been carried out.

By giving potential tenants the option to book their own inspection we are more likely to receive a larger number of people through the property and more applications than any other agent.  The more you have to choose from, the more selective we can be about rent and our tenancies.For ease and convenience, Avion’s Management system allows your tenant many ways to pay rent directly into our account.   They may have their rent deducted from their account directly into our trust account or they may choose to pay by B-Pay, on the Internet or at their local post office or bank.  With so many options available to tenants paying the rent is easy.  This means we can therefore process your rental payments to your account much quicker and more efficiently.

At Avion Properties Edgewater we care about you and your property. Your property will be managed by Matthew Klein, a licenced Real Estate Agent and a Partner in Avion Properties Edgewater who offers extensive knowledge of the industry with over 20 years experience and Chantelle Lindsay who is a superb property manager with many years experience. Throughout the tenancy in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act we carry our 2 routine inspections per year which is the maximum allowed. The first inspection is carried out 3 months in to the tenancy and then at 6 month intervals from there , you will always be invited to attend the inspection if you wish to do so, regardless you will also receive a copy of the comprehensive routine inspection report which will also include photos to show you how the property is being maintained.

At Avion Properties Edgewater we work in your best interests in order to secure a suitable tenant who will comply with their obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act.As an essential we require that all of the properties under management have adequate insurance in place and as such it is a company policy that all properties have a current landlord insurance policy at all times (Building insurance and contents insurance may also be required depending on the property). A landlord insurance policy covers everything a normal building insurance policy does not, such as carpets, window furnishings, loss of rent in the event of a default, accidental and malicious damage.We can arrange a policy for you or you can select your own insurer.
